I have an RS tranny I'm mating up to my EJ22T.

Will a '98 RS clutch fit on a stock '94 Turbo flyweel?

Yes I know I need to change clutch types (from pull to push).

Do I need to buy an RS flywheel too?

From everything I've read, yes you need to match the flywheel also.

I just thew out a RS flywheel, so I can't give you a 100% though.
