I have an 05 FXT intercooler which came with the stock OEM Bypass valve. Can I use it instead of fabbing up a bracket and deleting the black Legacy Turbo one?

Pretty sure you can as long as it'll clear the intake manifold.

will not work because the bpv rubs against your throttle cables.
