Hey I was cleaning out some old stuff and found my trusty old RC-10! I have this gem if anyone wants it. I think its a classic or possibly an antique at this point but let me know if you want it. Itd the one with the gold aodized alluminum tub. No radio though, just the car.
Let me know!

I'm 32. I had Tamiya's short-lived Fox. I think I got it in 6th grade. Upgraded the motor and with the third one, it did 40 mph (a pink dot or silver dot or green dot or something). Didn't handle for anything, but it was fun for as long as the shitty 7.2V (or 9.6?) batteries lasted and took a beating. Always wanted an RC10 just the same.

Heh, I have some Tamiya TL-01 cars from back in the day. With today's batteries, you can race for like an hour or more if you don't have a crazy motor!
I had an RC-10T some years ago as well.

Haha, I just traded my RC-10 GT and other cars/planes a few months ago for a guitar...
That thing was a blast, especially building snow ramps to jump off of!

I still have my TA01 (narrow track) stadium truck/rally car chassis in the garage somewhere. It'll probably be a gift to my son, when he's of an appropriate age, to re-build w/ a current brushless motor and LiPo battery. I think I even have a 22B body for it.

Haha, a brushless motor in 1/10 will KILL anything! I have a TA-01 as well - dropped a long arm kit on that baby and a Carrera GT body on there with some sweet offsets. Can't imagine a brushless and LiPo in there.
Here is my only experience with brushless - 1/18 scale:
