Looking good! What is your suspension setup? How does the car handle with the 17s?

I spy STI....
Seats!
American or JDM? How do you like them?
The wheels look great. I'm thankful that Subaru put some talented designers to work on their factory wheels... and also that they fit our cars without problems!

hey just got these rims and put tires on 215/45-17. the rears rub the strut. so im looking at wheel spacers. also to come though are WRX springs. if i get 25mm spacers in the rear will i have a problem with rubbing the fender in the rear.

They weren't his choice either. That's how the '91 SS came here in the States.

I like those wheels on our cars. Also like the hood scoop painted black.
Might have gone with 45's to fill the gap more and for a slightly better ride.
Good stuff tho!
Cheers,
AW

And Adam... be sure to steer clear of 225/45r17s... without coilovers... they hella rub.

Yes, I agree 215/45/17 should be perfect.
But I will have coilovers at some point and get 225s or even 235s..still probably get 45's tho.
Cheers,

well i glad i just found this out as this is what happened to me. i had all the rims with the tires on and left the tire store only to return like 5 minutes later cause the rears where rubbing. so i bought spacers for the rears 15mm. hopefully that will let me run them or im going to be pissed.

Well... I have a few hookups around here. And I traded something (IDK what) for some knockoff Ground Control coilovers sleeves.
And sorry for hijacking the thread.
