I've got a problem...

OK, so my 1993 sedan runs out of inspection at the end of next month.

I know it will need:

I think it's called the intermediate pipe? The one with the rear cat. I know I need this, because after a nice snow bank issue, the cat is not longer on the car.

Rear driver side strut. Likely need the mount as well.

I beat on it with a hammer, and it's solid, but the rear subframe is pretty damn rusty, and I need to replace the lateral links, as the bushings are junk. I am not sure how I feel about it if I break those bolts free. So if someone had a subframe, sweet.

I am not sure what else I might need, but I know I need this stuff without a doubt.

I don't have the money to get another car right now, or the money to put a bunch in at a garage either. I just returned to school, and I MAY be getting some money from a loan next month, but I do not know how much yet.

So my question is... does anyone have these parts? If so, I do much of my own repairs, right now though, I don't have time or a location to give up the car for a few days of repairs. So if you have these parts... would you want to help me get this together in exchange for some cash or parts that I have? If I can't solve it this way, and I get some cash back net month, I am selling the car as is for $500. The engine is running great. 210K, the 5 spd transmission is fine. It has a new timing belt, and front main seal. KN panel filter, silverstar headlights, and OKish tires. Diamond coil pack. The interior is grey, and aside from the carpet, is in amazing shape.

Parts I have...

EJ25 block w/ 125K
EJ25 intake manifold, and some electronics and sensors
A couple of Diamond coil packs
A bunch of random injectors
Some other random stuff, when I get to the storage, I'll find out.

I WILL pay good money if someone with good skills with the exhaust and frame wants to help me out!!! I am just in a bind right now.
