hello fellow subaru owners,
wanted to know if any of you installed some stainless steel oil supply lines for the turbo? figure that our cars are almost 20 years old and should replace this since the turbo is being rebuilt at the moment.
where would i be able to purchase this?
thanks in advance

Are you referring to a braided stainless line?
If so, I made my own for $36. I used -4 teflon lined hose, two straight hose ends, a 45 and 90 degree adapter(s), and a M12x1.25 to -4 adapter. If you do it all in steel fittings, it is cheap as hell. Use fancy aluminum stuff, and you triple the cost, or more.

The stock line is steel tubing. Personally I don't see any benefit unless the old line is coroded/rusting or you have a different turbo configuration.

ya im with josh on this one. unless your going Garrett turbo or something non oem then a braided line will more then likely be needed. but you'll still need to keep the bango style to the block.
