Idle likes to dip really low?

I haven't been driving the wagon, but my mom still drives it and the fuel economy is really crap. I notice when it is warmed up if i tap the pedal the idle drops really quick sometimes in neutral or park. Any ideas? I cleaned the IAC valve with everything on earth. Other things to note exhaust is still really loud and engine is not very smooth in general. No check engine light, new knock sensor, o2, maf, plugs, wires, fuel filter, ignitor, seafoamed and fuel injection cleaner in the tank etc. Any other suggestions? I am not currently ready to get my injectors serviced. If I pull them out and clean them in a bucket of brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner will it be risky? Risky by means of pulling out the injectors, will they break? will the o rings break?

You may want to replace the coolant temp sensor.

I already replaced it like a year or so ago. Is it possible it could have gone bad in this time? Can I try removing it ad cleaning it?

Don't really remember. Seems like if the engine is warmed up its fine, but after running for a good 20mins+ it starts doing this, but when it is cool and just about warms up idles perfect and always falls to the exact same place.

There is no reason to suspect it needs any new parts at this stage. There are no codes... all the sensors are probably working.
If you have been changing parts it is likely that there is something that needs adjusting, either TPS, throttle butterfly or IAC.
Since it only happens at a transitional stage of operation I would suspect that there is a combination of settings that are causing. If there is any one thing that's causing it I think it would be the IAC which has a water temperature compensator in it(I think).
You should set your throttle butterfly stop screw, then adjust your TPS, then adjust your IAC's actuator solenoid by trial and eror until it is in the correct position, which will be in the right place to be approximatly half open when warm and idling with no accesories on. Then adjust/get adjusted your mixture screw if you have one.
