Looking to find out what mods can be done to this. Its a 99 legacy L with the normal 2.2. Is there somewhere that outlines everything that is needed and what you do to turbo this? would like to know everything that is required. are there any other good mods to increase performance. not looking to do crazy expensive mods that would cost as much as trading the car in for another.
