don't know if it would work, but i have a 4eat out of a 2000 legacy gt. i'm pretty sure it has a 4.44, and i also have the driveshaft and LSD or VSLD (not sure here either) rear diff. pm me if you have q's.

Call J&J auto repair in Spanaway, they have a 91 Leg Seadan 4EAT AWD in the crush area with a good trans (had a blown head gasket, but ran & drove when it came in). I'm only part time help, so can't quote prices. They are crushing this week so call cuick if your serious...

Another option. I almost bought a Turbo 4EAT w/only 10k (rebuilt) for $600 from a guy in Shoreline. Call Alex @ 206-650-9245.

It may be sold by now????

FYI:
'90 or '91 has a 4.11 ratio; yours is 3.90. You'll have to swap the rear diff.

And I wouldn't push an NA tranny hard on a turbo, esp. if you're running higher-than-stock boost!

BTW, phone # for J&J is (253) 847-7275, and as Wtdash pointed out it IS an NA car...

I have a 4.11 4eat out of a 90L sitting around my shop. Pulled it out of a running car a few weeks ago.

Also have the differential to go with it.

Let me know if this is something you might be interested in.

$100 for everything.

^^ sweet thanks for the info. my car is converted to 4:11 gears already and so i can use an NA tranny but im also running more then stock boost.

- i dont think i blew up my tranny i think the seal just broke between the tranny and engine. i only drove it 3 miles after i discovered it was leaking oil everywhere. do you guys think i can just put a new gasket in and fluid and it will still work?
