replacing sensors

just wanted to know if i can use newer year and na sensors on my turbo motor?

That really depends on the specific sensor. The TPS likely won't. However, some items such as knock sensor, temperature sensor, cam/crank sensor (maybe).
Do you have a sensor you want to specifically change?

maf, knock, IAC thats what I am starting with. I got a couple codes but i want to start with the majors and see if it fixes it

The knock will transfer over just fine. The MAF likely will not nor will the IAC.

Those codes could all be caused by a leaking vacuum hose.
Have you checked all the simple things first?
I wouldn't assume that any sensor would do some other model either. There are dozens of combinations of cars and computers and they are not all using the same caliberated sensors.
Best way to test sensors is the way it says to check them in the manual. Check the sensor's resistance/output with it disconnected from the wiring, check the voltage/signal with it connected to the wiring, check the signal at the ecu.
As a last resort... swap suspect units with "A known good unit".

I have looked for vacuum leaks and have no luck. New to the hole Subaru thing. thanks for all the help guys
