Need intake set up for Turbo legacy

I have just bought a 1994 turbo legacy and it pops bad when I accelerate. Idles all over the place too. Looked under hood and tube from air box is held together with masking tape and is coming loose. I need the whole air intake assembly

Do you mean from the air filter box all the way through to the turbo? Or do you mean from the turbo to the TB. Or both? I have whatever you need, I just need to be sure what you need before I name my price.

or do I just get all of it. I want to be able to take a lot of those hoses out if I can.

Those hoses are all part of the vacuum system. You start removing hoses, you get yourself a vacuum leak and a car that drives like shit.
$20 for the 90 degree bend that you need.
