Diesel Turbo Identification

I'm not familiar with the stampings on this turbo. I was wondering if someone could help identify it. Rumor has it that it was removed from an 'international' truck.
I appreciate in advance for the advice I'm about to receive about not being able to spool it. It will not be going on any small displacement Subaru products.
