What injector is this?

Went to the local subaru junkyard to pick myself up a Autecs MAF and 440cc injectors (which I was told they had). Upon arriving, the guy didn't know exactly what it was from but said, "a late '90 model 2.5L'.

I can't find anything about that fuel rail on google, except for a random forum post regarding a "Subaru Legacy BH B4". That injector sort of looks grey, but I'd call it almost white.

Any thoughts on what size injector this thing is? I'm thinking it's not going to work out for me...

Any markings what so ever on the injectors? A lot of company's make side-feed injectors.

The front of the injector has "Made in Japan A2".

The top has "6620" and "5R77". The connector side has "A46-00"

similar, different part number, but may not be the same flow rating

*EDIT*

The picture is a 5R76 JECS Side-feed fuel injector. I don't suppose you can give us a picture of the whole fuel rail? Might just be a stupid question, but the A46-00 is a part number for Nissan fuel injectors, or it can just be the number for the type of plug is used for the injector.

Yea, I saw a lot of references to the Nissan injectors with that A46 reference.. but being that I went to a Subaru only junkyard, Aarons Auto, I kind of doubt it's that.

this link from some Swedish site, had those injector rails -- and it's from a 1999 model Subaru ;). I've got some Swedish friends online who tell me Spridarrör is basically "injector pipe".

This thread on nasioc states those rails are from "96-98 legacy with a dohc ej25"

this site states they're Subaru Impreza 1995-2000.

I can't find those part numbers in subaru's parts catalog, so they're probably nissan.

Just thought of it, they could be overseas subaru rails & injectors.

I guess the best way to find out what they flow at is just to get them tested. At least they can tell you if they even work correctly.

Since no one can find out what the heck they are, thinking about just taking them back and getting 440cc's online. Don't really want to waste money on mystery injectors tested.

Chris-

Those are EJ22E injectors out of a 90-91 car...probably automatic...

They flow at a whopping 270cc
