What gear sets fit fwd 5spd tranny?

I'm thinking about using a FWD 5mt tranny out of a 90-94 Legacy to drive a mid-engine project car. Does anyone know of any strong gear sets that will drop into the box without any drama? Any idea about LSD also? Thanks.
