Could someone tell me what size fuse and what the locations is of the fuse for the rear windshield wiper, or what size fuse i should run for a new wire?

It's part of other wiring. The front windshield wiper fuse is 20a. However I wouldn't think the rear would be that. If you put a 15 in, it would probably work. If there was a short, it should blow that fuse. Then you will need to try and track down the short.

Im having to run a completely new wire because i have a sedan front chassis harness and wiper arm stuff on the steering column

Ahh....10 or 15 should be fine.
