Stock BCS, and MAP routing ??

OK, when we got our car all of these things were disconnected, so I have no idea where everything goes. I can figure out the BCS, and the one line going to the MAP from this ( http://legacycentral.org/library/litera ... bypass.htm ), but I can not tell where the one line off of the orangeish brown guy on the top goes. Looks like it goes down towards the air box? Where does the nipple that points towards the fender go to? That picture almost looks like there is a filter on it, but its hard to tell. What is that thing anyways?

Here is a picture from the link above:

Thanks in advance guys, I appreciate any help I can get!

Here's a LINKto a vac diagram.

The top sensor is the pressure exchange solenoid. One hose goes to the MAP sensor (aka pressure sensor) underneath it , the other goes over and around the airbox and ties into the hoses coming off the intake manifold. The 'filter' thing is just part of it - not adjustable. The top BCS hose goes to the Turbo compressor, the middle one to the WG, and the bottom one to the resonator/intake.

Can you circle exactly which line you're talking about, please. I can tell you exactly where it needs to go once you do that :)
