I just bought a new car so my Legacy is for sale. I've bought it from a dealer in February, 2008 at 136k. I baby this car and it is in great condition.

Year: 2000
Make: Subaru
Model: Legacy GT Sedan
Mileage: 166k (still gets 25mpg with mixed driving)
Trans: Manual
Modifications: Front Strut Tower Bar, K&N Air Filter, "Baked" Headlights to remove orange - no condensation, Tester's red tail light paint to cover orange blinker - 100% legal.
Upgrades: 6-Disc WRX In-Dash Stereo, Remote Keyless Entry with newer Controller and backup controller
New Parts: Spark Plugs/Wires (136k), New rear rotors/pads (137k), Replace Intake Air Controller (IAC Valve) and Gasket (137k), Replaced alternator with newer from '03 Legacy with 60k on it (161k), Replaced suspension with 85k suspension from '02 Legacy (162k), Replaced left front outer tie rod end (162k), Replaced left front wheel bearing (165k), Replaced NGK spark plugs (165k), New front brake pads and rotors - Wagner Thermoquiet $50 pads (166k). Basically $1,200 worth of maintenance that you won't have to worry about. I've had 0 CELs since the IAC valve. No engine leaks. No sign of head gasket issues.
Maintenance: Replaced coolant and manual trans fluid at 150K as instructed by owner's manual. Oil changes every 3-4k using high-mileage oil - this really keeps the engine quiet. I've also lubricated the guide pins in all calipers so the brakes work amazingly well.

Price: I will sell the car for $4,200 with 16" WRX wheels and good Eagle RS-A tires - this is $275 below KBB value. Or $4,600 with the 17" Legacy GT wheels and 215/50-17 BF Goodrich Traction T/A 85% tires - $500 value for $125 above KBB value.
Location: Wherever you need me to be, but I live in Fitchburg, MA and work in Westborough, MA.
