Ported TD04

I am looking at getting a tdo4 and am talking to a guy bout his ported td04 with 30k on it for $150 plus what it cost to go pick it up. I would prya end up around $200 for it. Would this be worth it? Any pointers would help thanks. It will make my intercooler install a lot easier.
