Banjo Bolt broke

so got a stock vf11 yesterday and installed it today. everything ran great, but it just didnt seem like the turbo was getting enough oil. i took off the the hard oil line to the turbo. cleaned it out went to put it back on. was putting th one on the head back on(17mm). didnt even get it tight and snap(wasnt cross threaded, i thread it in by hand until i couldnt) the banjo bolt broke off.
so anyone have a idea on how to get this banjo bolt out while the head is on the motor?
this car has been nothing but problems. also does anyone know were i could get a steel braided line with a&n fittings done in the NW?
