Options:ABS, Power Steering, Windows, Locks, Mirrors, Sunroof, A/C(needs new compressor?)

Condition:See pics
PRICE:$1500

Engine:
EJ22t, closed deck block.
has around 5k on rebuilt engine, by ASE Master Technician
ACL Bearings
NPR Rings
New crankshaft
New Timing belt
New accy belts
All new seals - rear main, valve stem seals, cam seals, valve cover gaskets, head gaskets, o-rings in block ETC. (felpro)
4 Lifters were replaced at time of rebuild
Turbo has no shaft play.

Mods:
Aftermarket Muffler
Upgraded to Bosch Recirculation valve
Sunpro boost gauge
MBC
New Pioneer CD player

The bad:
-Needs FL axle, torn boot ($50)
-Has small trans fluid leak
-Light lifter tick. 4 dead lifters were replaced during rebuild, others appeared fine but apparently has one that won't pump up completely. May just need to be bled.

Extras:
Will include 3" bellmouth WRX downpipe.

Yes, title is still in the PO's name. Just have to many other projects that need attention and don't have the $$$ for all of them.

Yeah I know. Its a great car and rides really nice, but some stuff came up that needs to be paid for and I have another car that needs to be finished first. To many projects/hobbies and not enough $$$ for them all.

Lol, yeah. I'm still on the fence about selling it. I just sold my boosted civic hatch and am selling all of the honda stuff I have. Not sure exactly how I feel about dumping money into this thing if I am not completely sure i'll like it.

I still have it, but I've decided to keep it due to lack of interest and that I've grown fond of the car. Fixing the issues within the next week or so and have some BBS Sti wheels lined up I hope.
