Already asked on USMB, but wondering specifically what us legacy guys have to say. I was about to replace the o2 sensor, but would that even do anything in this case? Maybe I should look for a MAF instead. Stock one I took out and cleaned but may have touched the end of it damaging it when I put it down. When I removed it, it was the day I brought the car home and never really opened up the throttle much so no real comparison.
Things replaced, CTS, knock, plugs, wires, seafoamed a trillion hoses, air filter.

or switch the turbo all together. it spins to 140,000 rpm, a little extra friction, could make it tempermental. anyway im just tryin to help cause i have swapped for new parts and massaged the vacuum system too. mines still doin it. waste of time and money!
I have yet to switch my turbo and fix an exhuast leak, but im allmost possitive my BOV is the biggest problem. good luck! if you fix it gimme a shout back.
