Dent In Oil Pan - Problem?

Where's the dent? I don't see it in that picture.
Are you perhaps talking about that divot on the edge closest to the camera? I'm pretty sure it's like that from the factory.

My sister's '96 has the same dent, so it's factory.

Plus that is the transmission pan....not engine oil pan.

I saw that too but since the pan technically does hold an oil substance I didn't choose to split hairs on that one

That "dent" on yours is from the factory. helps improve flow or some nonsense like that. Nothing to worry about.
Please Notice that the battle damage continues onto the exhaust. If you are going to jump your subaru, you gotta go all in.
