WTB: 5 speed AWD transmission

I got a 91 legacy with a EJ22T that is suffering from massive torque bind... I'd rather replace it with a manual. Anyone got one near the panhandle in Florida? I got about 500.00 that I can pay for a tranny and all the fixings...
