Cause there are more than one NA fuel injector style. And you have the wrong ones.

I think you need 90-91 Automatic rails

I don't think those are 92-94 non-turbo rails, and I'm pretty sure that's what you need.

I don't think those are '92-94 rails either.

Huh. Those don't seem to be North American part numbers at all... Maybe there was some kind of mixup, and they came from a JDM engine or something?

What you're looking for is 17533AA090 for the right side and 17535AA080 for the left side.

Maybe this will help/Maybe not?

These PICs show the rails (left>>right) from a '90-91 NA EJ22

AT, '93 Turbo, and a '93 NA EJ18 (Impreza).

The '90-91 NA AT and turbo rails are the same, even though the injectors look different.

EDIT: I've been told the '90-91 NA rails are NOT the same as the turbo rails.

The injectors are JDM EJ20? (480cc), '90-91 EJ22 NA AT, '93 EJ22T, and '93 EJ18.

well i seem to lack the ability to read clearly because i went to the j/y, got some rails from a 90-91 na auto and came back to find that they are the exact same as yours, part numbers and all. so we've established that the rails you have are usdm 90-91 na autos. there were many 92-94 na's there with the correct rails. i'll head back monday and pull the right one's. hang tight.
