A 2000 RS should have Phase II heads. 1998 & below received Phase I heads.

I'm sorry, I should have more specific.

What condition is the stock flywheel in?

If I weren't going to put it on my OBW which I use off road and want a heavier flywheel, I'd be all over that lightweight. I have on in my SS and love it, definately makes a noticable difference over the stock flywheel. You're price on it is great - someone should snag it up!

o sorry, lol the stocker only has about 80k miles on it from when it was pulled. in excellent condition, although it got a little surface rust on it from after it got resurfaced. let me know what you wanna do. thanks

The STI axleback would need the hanger points relocated, that is all.

You are only 50% correct on that. The 2 bolt flange is clocked differently for the Impreza chassis vs. the Legacy chassis. I have the exhaust off of my SS now & had the exhaust off of my wife's '98 LGT. On my garage floor I had an STi axle back, aftermarket 2.5RS axle back, and both stock Legacy exhausts. Legacy will not mate to an Impreza w/o rotating the Impreza axle back... The Legacy has bolt holes at 3 & 9 o'clock positions. The Imprezas for SOME stupid reason have their's clocked at 2 & 8.

So the flange at the end of the STi axle back needs to be rotated as well as have all 3 hanger mount locations changed. If you had the mid pipe from the STi, then the flange would be fine on the axle back, but the mid pipe is too long and needs shortened a few inches to make up for the difference.
