Please help me decide wether to wait for an intercooler from the new
wrx (or will it even fit at all?), or to buy one from overseas,
priced
$350 australian, which is around $180 US I think?- From a 1994 wrx.
It
comes with the bottom hose and gasket. Sound like a good deal?
Please
let me know what you think! Thanks- Zak

I don't think the 94 and after years WRX intercooler will direct fits
to our 91-94 Legacy turbo. I have a Ver. IV intercoooler before and
it can't fits so I just sell it out and buy another Ver.III
intercooler.
I don't know the NEW WRX intercooler will fit it or not, but I
"think" it won't!!!
BTW, be sure to get the piping with the intercooler at the same time,
because thoes hose from turbo to intercooler to engine is hard to
find in US!!

AFAIK, or have heard, the 93-96 fit our Turbos pretty good. Then
again, i'm not sure of that.

That's a good price though. It'd probably be worth having it shipped
and modified to fit rather than paying for a new WRX one. Chances
are it'll be much more expensive.
