Hey guys, I plan on putting a wrx intercooler 04 wrx. Has lots of room only thing I need to do is move the ignitor POSSIBLY the a/c line, and put this coolant tank in. I am not to crazy about putting the coolant tank anywhere else. It looks like the wrx coolant tank can fit in the stock location no problem, just looking for some mounting ideas. Thanks!

Look through peoples TMIC install guides, since that's typically where they're in use. I've seen them in the stock location, rotated. Also seen them in the AC compressor location. Lastly, passenger side of the radiator in that hole/area and of course lines re-routed.

Got the tank in
Put 2 tie wraps one around the a/c line and one around the manifold the the tank with silicone fuel line in between on both sides.
For the hose on the bottom i went to lowes and got some red hose said rated at 200psi at 70F think it will be fine? I drove it today fully presurized with no leaks or issues.

I think the intercooler will hit the coolant tank, you still may have to move it to another location

thanks guys. totally forgot to try the ic. Going to get my friend to make some parts for the bpv and get some hoses. hopefully the ic will make a nice difference. Might need a new knock sensor as well.

Yeah, the intercooler won't clear. I used the metal tank in that location. I had to pull it further out towards the spray bottle.

You sure? I am using the metal tank ic looked like if I mount the CT higher it will fit, but strapped to the a/c line doesn't seem to work.
