I'm looking a 92+ drive shaft (the 91's were different and implemented a cv joint like section). Oh and I'm looking for a manual tranny one. PM me or let me know if you if you have one. Thanks.

I've got one, but I believe it's AT... can't remember. Easy to split in the middle though. Anyway, it's off a 94.

The AT driveshaft is shorter in length than MT.

Rear half is the same, front half is shorter. I'm running an AT rear and an MT front driveshaft on my MT swap.

But the front half is the problem. I could be wrong since I haven't looked at it recently, but I believe the front half is what is different between the 91 and the 92-94 manual drive shafts. I have the 91, and I need a newer one.

The problem that cv joint part that was replaced by a u-joint in the later model is too wide for my exhaust and it bangs now and again. I've had to keep my exhaust loose to compensate and I'm tired of always fiddling with it.

I see what you mean now. On certain ones that joint (cv or U-join) is a separate piece that is held in by a keyed sleeve to the front half of the driveshaft. I had one of those in my '93, but no telling if it was original. The one I have is a solid piece, but I do have another one off a '95 MT, I'll take a look at it.
