1999 Legacy GL Classic Estate Exhaust

Hi everyone...new Subaru owner and member and am looking for some advice on a bolt on exhaust for a 1999 Legacy GL Classic estate...just want to get that boxer noise coming through and was wondering if any members had experience of fitting an aftermarket silencer to this model? Any help much appreciated

Welcome to the board.
I'd suggest an aftermarket muffler. You can get one meant for an Impreza/WRX, and have the axle back lengthened, and mounts adjusted so it fits. That is probably the cheapest route, unless you can find a decent deal on a legacy specific muffler.

any specific year of wrx we should look for in an axle back or cat back?
