It will swap over, sure. You'll still have to account for either merging your harness or transplanting the Impreza harness into your car - not exactly a bolt in job....
I've never been a fan of that car since it was a Subiesport project car. Didn't exactly pan out all too well if you ask me. Personally I'd avoid it.

Like I said it will work, but you're going to have to do some more to make it happen. No way is this plug and play.
Not all Legacy engine plugs are the same (1992 saw a switch to 2 square and one round plug), on top of that the plug pinout is definitely not the same between turbo and NA. I can only guess how he routed the wires to the ECU - on the legacy they mostly go through the drivers fender and the firewall. On the Impreza they go through the firewall.
So you don't know what was done with the engine plugs, or how the harness ties into the PP6, or what was done with the other wires.
If you really wanted to turbo your 90, buy an unmolested turbo legacy and swap that over - 100% better than that mess on NASIOC.

Or you could transplant the motor and use your existing harness, adding the extra wiring for the turbo related sensors. A few wires would need to be re-routed at the ecu, but no big deal, really.
Personally, though, I'd avoid it just for having belonged to a Subiesport editor.
