legacycentral bbs

hey all james here from new zealand im new to the borad....

ok i have a 92 gt legacy with a 2ltr turbo ej20 vf8..

thing is it has an werid humming or whistle when just cruzing at 50km/h, when my foot is just pressing the gas petal!

any thought?

Depending on the vacuum/boost levels, it could be normal... at least mine and other Subaru's I've heard, have a whistle/chirp sound at lower turbo rpms.

mine too... it bugs me sometime...
