Has everything shown in the picture, nothing is missing. Works just fine, it just gets me in too much trouble because of the false sense of security I get from it, but if you're not going 25 over like I was, or getting lasered(it has the detector but you probably know it just tells you you're screwed if you get lasered) it should be more than sufficient
