Take this...

A little bit of spray adhesive... and voila!


You'll have to pardon the little bit of panel showing on the last pic, it wont be visable in the car, I did correct this in the second one. Also I didn't leave poke those holes that had the three fasteners that get crispy and break apart anyway.

The washers holding the panel vents in are fairly easy to reuse... you use a pair of needle-nose pliers to remove the melted tab on the end of the pegs and then use a small forked tool to remove the washer. Installing them is easy, just flatten the teeth out, so they get a grip on the pin when they're reinstalled...
I made an extra one, if it sells and people want more, I can make more of em, I'll just have to pick up some more material.
