injectors: ohm reading related to fuel flow?

Would the ohm readings of a set of injectors give indication which injector flows more or less fuel?
For example, if one injector read 11.8 ohms and another had a reading of 11.5 ohms, would one injector flow more fuel than the other?
I wanted to know because if the ohm reading is an indicator of fuel flow, the highest flowing injector could be installed in cylinder 4, which runs hotter than the others.
I realize that fuel-flow testing is the best way of knowing exactly what each of the injectors flow but I thought this might be a "poor man's" way of getting the engine a bit more balanced.
