What exactly do I need to do to get privelages to post in the build journal forums?

You just need to contact DLC and ask him to give them to you. And you need to update it once in a while with mods.
That's about it.

Hey Josh, in all fairness I was going to direct him to this sticky but I realized that it is more of a decription of what the build threads will be rather than a "what to do to get one" format.
Maybe you could add to the sticky that you should be contacted for a request or that maybe the thread may be started in the picture gallery and they should ask in the first post that it be sent to the build journal thread if they want it there.
