o haha, i actually COMPLETELY forgot about them :D. No worry the sooner the better, but its not a huge rush, I still need to buy some tires for the wheels, and unemployment doesnt leave much money for stuff like that :(

OK, so I finished painting my taillight covers, removed the amber lens from the rear blinkers, added the Autozone fog lights in the bottom where the blinkers were, and moved the blinkers up to the corner lights. Now I just need to find some amber bulbs small enough to use in the corner lights. Also got my TD04 and saving for 440's as we speak

I did this and just used the corner light bulb sockets and it turned out they were the wrong impedence and the blinkers flashed too fast like they do when a bulb is out. So you may have this problem also. I don't know about you but it drove me crazy and I eventually rewired it all back to stock.

haha, that doesn't bother me too much. The only thing that sucks, is I can't have my parking lights on, since they are now blinkers, and the fog lights go on instead of the parking lights obviously. I think its better than before though other than that.
New update: Got my wheels back on with some 225/45 Fuzions, and I have 02/03 struts waiting to go on so my new tires dont rub. Also going to the dealership today to order all of the o-rings for my injectors, and the valve cover gaskets and gaskets for the turbo swap!

Big couple weeks coming up! I am planning on installing my Td04, 440's, and FCD this weekend. I plan on pushing around 15 psi(yes it is intercooled), unless if there are any issues with that. Also doing my valve cover gaskets, rear cam seals, and a few other things while its apart. Ill get some pics of the swap and post them when Im done!

I ran 20 psi with SOHC, it's not a huge deal, you just won't get the flow compared to the DOHC heads.

damn, thats sweet haha. I will probably run 15psi, but definately looking to use the ej20 heads and intake mani. I will probably end up rotating the intake manifold once I go FMIC.

I was told the throttle body needs to be customized or it will hit the hood if you rotate it. That would be sweet though. I'd like to do it as well. Really cleans up the engine bay and shortens the piping to throttle response.

ya i think it would be sweet. Less clutter in the engine bay, less piping for the IC, and its definately not something you see everyday

It would totally be sweet. I hope to maybe someday do that on my car and wire tuck it and get rid of ABS and run the brake lines through the windshield wiper trough. It would sick!

OK guys, I got the TD04 in there. I didnt do the valve cover gaskets or anything like that because they dont really look like they are leaking very bad, and we were hurt for time. SO this is my first time swapping a turbo, but we got it done and the car runs great. The main problems I ran into were: the bottom of the F-pipe broke, but we fixed it and it should be much more sturdy than it was even before it broke, The silicone intake 90 hits the manifold pretty bad, shouldnt be enough to make any problems, but we will see, I will look into getting the tighter one from silicone intakes.

The main thing that sucks is, the car doesnt seem any faster. It seems a bit slower, but not much. It doesn't pull as hard or put you back in the seat like it used to. Does the ECU take awhile to learn what to do with the extra air or what? I wanted to wait a week or two to put the 440's in just so I can see how it runs with the stock injectors and then compare to how it feels with the 440's. I am going to wait on the FCD as well. Any ideas why the car doesnt seem any faster? possibly a boost leak? The boost seems to be fine according the gauge (no major loss of boost, etc). Thanks guys,
Matt
