Wanted to let everyone know that J&J Auto Repair just hauled in a late model ('02 IIRC) Forester AWD with the 2.5 N/A motor. It is a hard front hit, pulling toward the pass side, so the nose is trashed, but the rest looks like it was a well taken care of Subie...
Still has the 16" wheels w/near new tires!!!
J&J's phone # is (253) 847-7275, tell then Gary sent ya, and they should cut a better deal (I work there part-time, and 3 family members work ful time...)

Okay, just got done checking out the Forester... It's a '99 auto trans AWD, 171K miles. I was able to get it to crank, and it tried to fire a couple of times, but never did start.
Damage to the motor:
timing belt covers are broken, Idler for A/C is bent, Driver side cam pulley is bent/cracked, cam position sensor is smashed adn mount is broken, timing belt may have slipped (has a 3-4" area with no teeth)
Boss says $100 as is. it's almost ready to pull...
If you are interested in it call the yard at 847-7275.

Are the wheels alloy and in good shape?

Alloy, 16" still have the center caps, and appear to be in nice shape. Can pull them and spin them on the balnacer to make sure they are straight....
225/60-16 Toyo's, 70+ tread
Boss says $200 for the set
you can call the shop at 847-7275, 8 am to 6 pm Monday thru Saturday

I'm not sure what it will be with shipping, but that's not a bad price at all.

With or without tires? Pm or post a ship to zip code, and I'll weigh a wheel and figure a rough shipping cost for them.

That would really bump up the gearing on the '99 I'm looking for, but I'd like them without the tires to 01915, please. I paid $125 ea. for these for the wagon about 5 years ago.
These are the flat 5-spokes, right? Like a dork, both wagons will have matching wheels.

Yeah, thanks anyway. What are they fueling these rigs with energy drinks now? Christ, someone was selling Prodrives for a grand here, not that I want 18"s, but still.

I live in Tacoma on the north side of 6th AVE. What kind of seats did it have in it and do you remember what kind of shape they're in? I been looking around for a good deal on some leather seats, put a little lux in the roo
Let me know, thanks!

How much for all the lift stuff? I need the front lift blocks, rear subframe blocks, (I don't need the struts) And maybe something from the driveshaft... Also something about some a arm bushings or something like that I need.

Do you have a pic of what your looking for on the lift stuff? I'll take a look underneath and see what I can figure out, but...
Pass A-arm is toast...

Looks like about $50 for the lift block set... Pass side A arm may not be good, but we can't sell the bushings out of the arms.
