What the hell is wrong with my heater?

So, I'm having quite the annoying problem with my blower motor; I can hear it run, the on/off switch works as do all four speeds, but there is no air blowing out. It had been working intermittently, but now seems to work almost never. Also, there is an occasional clicking from a relay under the dash somewhere. What's my course of action to troubleshoot and fix this?
Thanks

Similar issue on mine...but mainly no high-speed fan @ Defrost (the fan goes into overdrive @ this and MAX AC setting).
FWIW, If you replace the HVAC controls, the '90-91 (?) had different connectors on the back. I 'think' the '92-94 are the same.

i'll 2nd that resistor issue
remove the glove box then you will be able to access the resistor unit
I have replaced one on my 90 wagon with one from a 93 sedan and it works perfectly
I also have a spare hvac control from a 93 in mint shape

Subarus and Nissans mount the motors in a weird location that allows objects to fall into the fan and rattle around. Could there be something in there that sounds like a clicking relay and has finally jammed the blades?

The small heater-core is asked to do magical things, like heat -10 degree air to something tolerable. Not happenan.
