im suspecting that all my problems are either in the front end or a broken clutch spring. This is after new motor mounts and a tranny mount. Can anyone tell me what are some of the symptoms of a broken clutch spring?

What is a clutch spring? you mean the shock springs on the disc itself.

yeah the springs that are on the clutch plate itself
