Ive read about those things before.One article was about an engine that was over $150,000 to build,supposedly had over 200 psi of boost put to it somehow? Torque was in the 10,000 plus range!

Whoa! I went to one of those tractor pull events when I was a kid. Nothing like that happened, though. They did have Allison aircraft engines and jet engines in some of them, which was cool, but I was more interested in the monster trucks. Might have changed my mind is I saw an engine try to fly.

I live in a small town where the highlight of the summer is the County Fair - they have truck and tractor pulls like this every nite. The big tractors are pretty wicked.
My personal favorite is when they have Semi-Trucks go pull.

Happend overhere. Never saw such an event, but this is awesome.
They do run over 200psi sometimes
