I've got the LC-1 + XD16 and haven't had any major problems. I choose it after reading The Ultimate Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Meter Test which compared all the major WB's. It's the most accurate and has the ability to calibrate and detect when the sensor dies. I've got it mounted in the 2nd lower bung in my DP. Only issue I've had with it, is that I've caught it a few times loosing the Lambda setting (you can reprogram it for other fuels), which then of course throws off the gauge.

As for FCD, using the Revtronix chip. Otherwise Plug-and-Play Fuel Cut Defend (PnP FCD) seems to be a decent solution if you don't want to build your own.

Interesting test.

FWIW, My zeitronix is about .5 AFR high at higher RPMS compared to calibrated O2 dyno sensors. (ie reading 11.5 instead of 11.0)

At idle and low loads it's much more accurate, around .1 AFR.
