Hey guys, I am selling my prototype short ram intake kit. This kit is the first of more to come. I will offer more kits if there is enough interest. This kit fits the following vehicles:

90-98 Subaru Legacy N/A
93-98 Impreza N/A
96-98 Forester/Outback




There are two different kits available.

The Deluxe Kit (pictured with optional MAF sensor installed)

1 K&N Performance Hi-flow air filter
1 MAF adapter
1 SimplySubie intake tube
1 roll of THERMOTEC black insulating wrap
2 stainless steel snap straps
2 couplers
4 stainless steel clamps
1 T fitting
3 vacuum hoses
2 stainless steel mounting brackets with hardware
4 large and 4 small zip ties

bump, had lots of interest in this, but no deals yet! I'd much rather sell it on here then on nasioc guys!

This looks like a short ram intake, not a cold air intake. Pulling hot air from the engine bay isn't a cold air intake.

good call Kimo, there are some differences in opinions on this matter. Some people will always call these cold air intakes. Some call it a short ram. Either way, it's a mod!

Unfortunately, the test car was parted out and I never got a chance to take any pictures. I will ask a couple of our legacy cutomers this week if they would be interested in a mock up.
