EJ22T w/ 290K. How much?

Hey guys, i have a friend thats selling me a '92 ej22t complete longblock. Its got 290k! The motor is complete except some plastics and hoses. How much is it worth/ should i pay if i have to pull it?

Well...
At pick n' pull my buddy and I got a complete EJ22T engine for $222 once...and it had 150k on it...

Tell him $200 is a fair "friend" price for a motor that needs to be rebuilt.

harness + ecu. Always nice to have extras.
