so i figured up the sunroof is fine and ripped all that apart for nothing. such a pain in the ass. I found the problem. The windows and the doors need to be adjusted. I just finished installing wrx seats front and rear. Tonite I also did the scott's cocktail mix and redline fluid for the rear diff.
Also trying to sell the GC TIGER STRIPS.
THERE IS A HOLE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BOTTOM RIGHT BOLSTER. SORRY ASC GOTS TO SELL THEM BECAUSE OF THAT HOLE.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
$500 ---> $450 --->$400
will separate if buyer for both.
i have a taker for the fronts... anyone for the rears?
325 for fronts
125 for rears

You're putting in WRX seats instead? I like those better than the WRX ones. I'd sew that hole up. Patch it.

So I decided last night to pick up a FMIC from CXRACING on ebay for 205 shipped. I was orginally looking into ptp turbo blanket for around 90 dollars but just took the leap to FMIC. It should be here this week or next but watch this thread

I am now looking for the neon pigtail. anybody have one?

installed STI exhaust. it was a pain the ass. I picked up the sti exhaust for 100 dollars and only ended up using the axle back on it. I used the rallisportdirect.com adapter 3 to 2.5 and chopped the flange from the midpipe and welded it to the axle back since it is different. then I had to align the pipe and muffler since the exhaust piping was too low and nearly touching the ground. This install took me about 8 hours of chopping and welding, going up and down takes a toll on the back.
pics of install. I still need to pick up a universal hanger to pull it a little higher.
its sounds so much better since this is my daily driver. Don't worry I still have the 3 inch exhaust. with the adapter I can switch it back at any time. maybe this summer when I hit the track.

so today i had the day off and decided to go to the junkyard and pick up the neon pigtail for my msd coil. 2 bucks. on my way home I also stopped by habor freight and picked up a reciprocating saw for another project.
the msd install went very nice thanks for the DIY liquidracing method.
http://www.sl-i.net/FORUM/viewtopic.php ... 1&start=30
I soldered on connections and heat shrinked and then taped it also.
remove the 4 bolts holding it down
locate the wires and cut them close to the coil. disconnect the connector.
soldered the connection, then heat shrink them and then black taped them. think im going to put that plastic cover over them to protect from the heat.
man it really pops out when you pop the hood. red MSD coil.
Watching my afrs, I hope i get better gas mileage+performance.

I also started the install on my FMIC I removed my front bumper and grill and etc..
The front bumper is a PITA to remove.
I removed the bumper beam and started to chop it up with the saw. I went through about 10 blades cutting this thing.
I was not very patience and started to man handle it and burned up blades like nothing. oh well i got it cut up.
Oh by the way, this bumper beam is friigggin heavy.
I will be driving around the next few days without my front bumper in order to finish up my FMIC.
