Can someone help me out? I can't afford $150 ish for a new wheel sensor. Anyone have a parts car that they could take one off of?

I have 3 w/s sensors from my parts car, not positive I have the rt front, but will check. If not we have a '95 wagon at teh wrecking yard that IIRC has ABS.

I'll try to check mine Thursday morning and see what I have.

So Mike, you are referring to the ABS sensor, correct? I just want to make sure.

Just a caution, my '98 bk sensor is larger in diameter than my '94 ss's sensor. I don't know when they changed the size but I know my '98 sensor will NOT fit into the '94 sensor hole.

Mike, I have to look again tomorrow when it's daylight. For some reason, with the garage light and a flashlight I haven't been able to locate the sensor. I'll let you know for sure tomorrow. Sorry about that.

I'll look in my parts shed on the way out this morning too... I'll have to match up mine and see if I have a rt front.

according to the interchange it's 95-98 and '94 and newer... the car in the yard is a '95, so no go there. I'll have to dig thru my parts car when i get home tonight to try and find my 3.... Keeping fingers crossed that I've got a good Rt Front for ya...

I think all of you know my situation. I lost my job over a year ago and I've been in the negative with unemployment payments every month after I pay my mortgage and utilities. This is before I even pay for food to eat. I'm behind 3 months on my mortgage which is to the tune of about 10k and I'm out of money. I'm trying to get this subaru inspected and re-registered so I can hopefully sell my G35 for 10k, if I can, and save my house from forecloser.[\craigslist poor man's story]

Mike, the ABS sensor I have is no good. It was only after finding the sensor that I recalled that it was frozen in place so I had to destroy it to get it out. If I had more time to soak it in PB Blaster I would have done it but I was in a hurry to remove it. Sorry about that. (The good sensor that I removed came from a '97 or '97 which will not fit your wagon; I had gotten the two mixed up.)
