Cadillac STS-V...

...is baddass. I want one now. Quick out of the box for a big car, and has all the bells and whistles. Looks sharp, and the ride is rather sharp for a Cadillac. The handling is very tight for that car and the brakes are excellent.

Plus, about 40whp is available from a tune. Much more from modifying stock parts. Besides, that wail from the blower is intoxicating.

The hotrod is fun and all, but a nice daily driver is, well, nice. When the funds are available, I will be buying a STS or CTS V.

I'm still smitten from riding around tonight.

Derek ponied up for the V. I like it too much, lol.

I have a lot of debt for the degree (and the car), so I might have to wait a minute.

My old man has an STS-V, it's definitely a sweet car with allot of nut. I think the steering is tighter rack-to-rack than anything I've ever driven - strange feeling on a car like that... It's also funny that the Cadillacs are getting smaller and lighter while most other cars are getting bigger and heavier.

And the depreciation is probably brutal, so it might be a used bargain. An old boss had an STS and I didn't think the interior gave much away to the overrated Nazi cars at all, though the design wasn't any more exciting either. Of the very few cars I like today, the new CTS is one of them. I put one in the 4th book. And I always liked the LS-series engines.

^ You nailed it Steve. They go from $80+k to under 30 in four years. Not bad.

I'd rather buy one than a new WRX. It's cool that the STS-V gets almost WRX mileage too.
