Also is 92 wiring different than 91 at all? i am putting a 91 harness in a 92 ss

Josh has many down loadable FSMs available in the Stuff You Need to Know category. Not sure what you are looking for, but it's probably there.

Yeah i have all of that stuff on my laptop, i just want the whole entire manual

One of the guys on the rsliberty club has the whole manual scanned. I was going to try and put them all together in one file, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

i still need a full fsm for '89-'94. if not free in pdf, please recommend a reliable source for an original manual, downloadable for a good price. tia.

Yes it is. I was going round in circles chasing a idle problem in my '91 using the '92 FSM scans only to find out that they're not the same.
