It all depends on: if you have a place yo work on the car, tools and mechanical ability.
Blow I have placed a link to a site that belongs to Legacy777 (Josh), He's one of the site admins for this site.
On his site you will find a chart explaining what these codes are and how to read and clear them. Number 11 is for the crank angle sensor. I would probably go after that one first as it is possible it could cause the other, 22 knock sensor, code. Could be as simple as angle sensor has become unplugged, but likely the timing belt needs replaced, good idea to do the water pump while your'e in there.
Good luck and if you have questions you can try doing a search on this site, most everything has been covered in here at some time or another, or just ask.

The TCU codes are different, if that's what you are getting. 11 & 12 are the Duty A & B solenoid respectively.

Here are diagnostic tests you can perform to check the solenoids. I'd recommend also try resetting the TCU by pulling the EGI/TCU fuse, fuse 14 for 30 min.

It's in the TCU. If it truly is bad, you'd need to replace the TCU. I would have my doubts that is really the problem.

So u think possibly a wiring issue?

I don't really see how it's a wiring issue since the atmospheric sensor is inside of the TCU.
Try resetting the TCU again....and if you still have problems, you may want to see if you can find a used TCU to swap.

I pulled the code with a select monitor and it says code 22 line pressure. That doesn't sound like a tcu issue. Any ideas?

Code 22 is not line pressure, or at least not based on the info I have.
This is on your 91 correct?
Do you have the correct select monitor cartridge?

Yea it was the right cartridge. Maybe I should try a turbo specific tcu. Cause I've tried a couple tcu's already and after I drive it ounce and then turn the car back on bam I have the code 22 again and the tranny don't shift so great.

So it's not a turbo specific TCU on a turbo 4eat?
If so, yeah, get a turbo specific TCU. I seem to recall hearing that others have had issues trying to run a turbo 4eat on a non-turbo TCU.
