whats happening to the coolant?? is it going into the oil?? does the car run and drive and for how long. my friend is in PA and may interested if it will make it back up here with no problems.

I wish I still lived in VA for this...

It will need to be towed for such a long distance. The car is good for about 10-15 miles before it starts to overheat. I assume the coolant is somehow entering the combustion chamber and burning off, since it doesn't seem to be returning to the radiator (top hose hot, bottom cold). Brand new thermostat and water pump so this shouldn't be happening. Lots of white smoke in the exhaust. LMK what you want to do. Thanks for the resonse!

sorry, towing it would cost the price of the car. thanks though. should sell soon, got a nice body on her. someone here should have a spare engine around to throw in. bump for u.
