'90 22e Heads/Cams by Delta and phenolic spacers

originally destined for my supercharged 2.2, but I'm going a different direction....
As the title states, they're 2.2 heads from a 1990 legacy. They were sent off to Delta Cams for a complete rebuild, mild port/polish, and torque-grind cams. they have been test-fitted to my short block, but the head bolts were not torqued down. These would be awesome for a high-compression 2.5 build.
I'm told this would usually cost $1200. I got a deal, but I'm still taking a hit:
$750 +shipping
I also have a pair of Grimmspeed Phenolic spacers. complete with 2 pairs of OEM gaskets. usually $100. $75.
